Agreement for SpaSaltGingerOil.com
And All Its Webpages
Before signing
up as an affiliate for FREE to sell any products by
SpaSaltGingerOil.com and all its webpages, you acknowledge that
you've read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with
them.
1. Joining the Program
1.1
By filling out the signup form you will automatically become an
affiliate and are bound by the terms of this agreement.
1.2 Your participation in the program is
solely for this purpose: to legally advertise our website to receive
a commission on products purchased by your referral individuals.
1.3 Affiliate commissions are paid for each
sale, based on the rates offered for individual products. (Please
see Commission Structure below for the current rate.)
1.4 Payment of the commission will be
on the
16th of the following month, which will be made through Paypal.
1.5 Since, we pay our affiliates through Paypal, we
will collect your Paypal email solely for commission payment only. We will
not use it for any other purposes, or reveal to any third party.
1.6 The payment will be made to you through
Paypal through your registered Paypal email. Thus, we are not responsible for any losses due to the
mistake, or wrong email which you've provided. Please double confirm
that your Paypal email is correct.
1.7 The use of your Paypal account
is governed by the Term of Service between you and Paypal, and we
are not responsible for any problems or fees of any nature arises
from your using of Paypal's service.
2.
Revocation of Affiliate Status
2.1
Your affiliate application and status in the
program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following
reasons:
a) Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading
hyperlinks)
b) Spamming (mass email, mass
newsgroup posting, etc...)
c) Advertising on sites
containing/promoting illegal activities/Violation of intellectual property rights.
3.
Affiliate Links
3.1
You may use graphic and text links both on your
website and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in
classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
3.2 You may use the graphics and text
provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long as they
are deemed appropriate according to the conditions in 2.
4.
Affiliate Tracking
4.1
When a web surfer clicks through your affiliate
link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate
username. Also, their IP address is tracked in the database along
with your affiliate name for 12 months.
4.2 When this person decides to buy a
product, the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match
their IP address to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the
commission.
4.3 Visitors sent through your affiliate
link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still
be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or the are
using the same IP address as the one logged in the database.
4.4 The cookie will be valid for 12 months!
5. Terms
of the agreement
5.1 These terms will begin upon your signup with the affiliate
program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated.
5.2 The terms of this agreement may be
modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is
unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate
account.
5.3 For affiliate commission to be
paid through Paypal, you must have a Paypal account in order to join
my affiliate program. If you do not have a Paypal account yet, sign

5.5 We reserve the right to change the
payment method in the future. Your continuing participation in the
program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
5.6 The commission payout includes all taxes
that might apply in your country or state. If you have have to pay
or collect taxes for the payment, you have to deduct the amount for
the tax from the payout.
5.7 According to 2Checkout
policy, any request for refund from the customer will be duly
obliged during the 90 days period, and as such, your commission will
be deducted accordingly.
5.8 Should the refund requested after your
commission is paid, the deduction will be made on current balance,
or on future sales, or we may proceed to request the refund from
you.
5.9 From time to time, we will be
running promotional offers which may offer customers lower price
than the regular standard price. During such promotional period,
your commission will be paid based on the current offered price,
and not on the regular standard price.
6.
Liability
6.1 We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss
of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of
database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program
or our website.
6.2 We do not make any expressed or implied
warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products
sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the
affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not
be liable for any interruptions or errors.
6.3 Participants of this Affiliates
Program and SpaSaltGingerOil.com (under C. Guan Soo & Janice Hoo) are independent contractors and
nothing in this agreement is intended to or will create any form of
partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative
or employment relationship between the parties.
6.4 Participant of this
Affiliate Program shall not assign this
Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior
written consent of SpaSaltGingerOil.com, C. Guan Soo and Janice Hoo subject to the foregoing restriction, this agreement is
binding upon, insures to the benefit of and is enforceable by the
parties and their respective successors and assigns.

7.1 The commission is based on the
current selling price of the package per sale, for the various
packages offered. For example, if your customer ordered a 3-bottles
package, the commission will be calculated on the selling price of
the 3-bottles package e.g. $139.97, NOT
on the price of 1 bottle multiplied by 3 e.g. $49.97 x 3.
7.2 The commission structure is applicable on
the number of bottles sold in a month, not on sale. For example, if your
customer ordered a 12-bottles package in 1 sale, the commission will
be 15% because it is already in the range of 11-25 bottles in that month.
7.3 The number of bottles sold in each month
means the total bottles sold within the period starting on
12.00:00am (-4GMT) of the 1st of each month until 11.59:59pm (-4GMT)
of the last day of each month (e.g. 28th/29th for February; 30th for
April, June, September & November; 31st for January, March, May,
July, August, October & December.).
7.4 The commission will be nett as shown, without any fee
deduction.
7.5 The commission tracking system will
calculate the commission using the 10% rate by default. Any
affiliate qualifies for higher commission rates will be manually
tallied and calculated at the end of each month. The actual
commission paid may be higher than the amount shown in your
affiliate account.
7.6 The tracking cookie is set for 12
months; which means you'll be earning the commission as long as
your referral return for repeated orders within the 12 months
period.
